Developing E-Business Solutions Using Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004


Description: 

This instructor led course will provide the knowledge and skills required by BizTalk Server application developers for building the next generation of e-business integration solutions using BizTalk Server 2004. Training content will include instructor-led presentation materials, classroom demonstrations, hands-on labs, and a student workbook containing notes and links to additional online references.

This course is intended for solutions architects and developers who are responsible for developing Microsoft® BizTalk® Server 2004 e-business solutions.

Individuals who attend this course are expected to have the following prerequisite knowledge or experience:

  • At least two years of experience developing distributed applications (VB, C, Java)
  • Familiarity with systems integration and Web services terminology and concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio® .NET
  • Working knowledge of XML
  • Experience with prior versions of BizTalk Server is not required

At course completion, students will be able to:

  • Design and plan a BizTalk Server solution
  • Work with BizTalk Server project system
  • Create and configure Schemas
  • Create a schema map
  • Create an orchestration
  • Process and filter messages
  • Create a pipeline
  • Install and configure an adapter
