An accomplished development and production Oracle DBA, with a proven record of delivering major projects on time and within budget.

Extensive experience on a variety of platforms (recently Linux, Windows, AIX and Solaris) for many industries (including telephony, financial, scientific, and manufacturing) with particular skills in E-Business Suite administration.

An expert at evaluating needs against the capabilities of the Oracle product set, with the objective of minimizing cost and maximizing function through making innovative use of advanced capabilities. Many years of experience working with user communities, development and support staff, and senior management.

The implementation strategy for RAC and Grid Infrastructure should be appropriate for your organizations present and future needs. Oracle Database 11g Grid Infrastructure (Clusterware and ASM) Release 2 combined with Real Application Clusters provide amazing     scalability, stability and flexibility for enterprise database management. However, it also introduces new concepts, complexities and a possible paradigm shift for an organizations DBA's and System/Storage Administrators.

This seminar covers the technology stack options, giving an opportunity to discuss how best to implement it in conjunction with (or as a replacement for) operating system provided facilities.
