Transitioning from Technology Manager to Relationship Manager


Description: 

The role of the Relationships Manager is, as the name implies, concerned with building and maintaining relationships.  The Relationship Mangers responsibility is to support the Business Unit and their IT management team with their interactions with IT Services.

This course focuses on the people skills within the topic of Relationship Management.
