A common product definition is imperative to enable the coordination of efforts with downstream disciplines such as manufacturing, sales, quality, service, and others. Engineers need to be able to understand the impact of their decisions all while backing it up with complete, reliable data. This instructor-led training has been structured to identify the tasks to be performed at each phase of the implementation and is supplemented with hands-on exercises.
