STATEMENT:
As the coronavirus continues to spread, Knowledge Transfer has taken several steps to ensure the health and safety of all our customers and employees. We have made the following arrangements to ensure we can continue to provide the best training possible, while doing our part to control the spread of this virus.
Rigorous cleaning and sanitization measures have been put in place at our office and training/testing facility in Eagan, MN including:
- Frequent disinfecting of all commonly-touched surfaces (desks, doorknobs, etc.)
- Testing room keyboards, mice, and desks are disinfected before every exam
- Testing aids such as pens, note boards, headphones, etc. are disinfected after each exam
We have also put into place a comprehensive plan to continue training should our office need to close down due the virus.
Knowledge Transfer currently has the means to deliver nearly all of our courses virtual live, eliminating the need for travel while maintaining the same standard of quality provided in classroom live sessions. If students have any questions or concerns regarding virtual live training, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All students enrolled in classroom courses have the option to join their class virtually, regardless of location. Students who wish to switch to a virtual option should contact Knowledge Transfer as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
Knowledge Transfer customers who have traveled to a coronavirus high-risk area in the last month, or have close family members who have been in contact with a suspected coronavirus case, are asked to contact Knowledge Transfer as soon as possible to switch to a virtual enrollment.
As a last resort, all courses will be switched to a virtual live delivery format. Knowledge Transfer will contact students directly if there is any impact to their course.
For clients renting our space, Knowledge Transfer reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any training room rentals in the event of an office closure, or serious risk of coronavirus infection. All affected clients will be contacted directly by Knowledge Transfer.
In the event that any member of our Eagan staff contracts the virus, our office will be closed to the public. However, all members of our team who are able to work will continue to do so remotely. Should our offices close, all testing will be cancelled. Test sponsors (e.g. Pearson Vue, Kryterion, Scantron, etc.) will contact candidates directly with rescheduling information.
